Yes. Onyx Darkline is fully mobile — the detail happens at your home or wherever your vehicle is parked, as long as the location meets the basic service requirements below.
Atoka, Drummonds, Millington and Munford are inside the standard service area with no travel charge. Covington, Memphis and surrounding Tipton County locations are served with a $50 travel charge added to the quote. See the service area page for the full breakdown.
Access to an outdoor water source, enough safe and legal space to work around the vehicle, permission to perform the service at that location, access to the vehicle and its keys, valuables and child seats removed beforehand, and pets kept away from the work area.
Yes. A confirmed appointment requires a 50% deposit. It is applied to your final price, and the remaining balance is due when the service is completed.
If weather forces Onyx to cancel, you can move your deposit to a new appointment or receive a full refund. If you think weather or the location may be a problem, say so beforehand — it can often be worked around.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations are handled according to their timing and circumstances and may qualify for a partial refund. A cancellation after arrival may include a travel charge.
Maintenance is for vehicles already in good condition — routine upkeep with no major problem areas. Refresh handles normal buildup, spots and neglected areas with focused stain treatment and deeper detail work. Reset is the deep-restoration level for heavy buildup, stains, odors or contamination, including extraction, decontamination and protection. Full details are on the services page.
No. The estimator gives a starting range based on what you tell it. Quinton reviews every request personally, and when he arrives you inspect the vehicle together and reconfirm the work and the price before any work begins. You are never surprised by the number.
It depends on the vehicle's size, the service level and the condition it arrives in — a well-kept car booked for Maintenance and a heavy Reset are very different jobs. Quinton confirms the time window along with your final quote when the appointment is confirmed, so you know before the day.
